Please note: These rates may change due to annual adjustments. Please refer to the Tuition & Fees 2026-2027 schedule (PDF) below. Special rates and conditions apply for U.S. Tri-Mission families.
One-Time Fees for New Students

The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid to process completed applications. The fee is valid for two years.

The non-refundable Deposit is due 10 days after receiving an enrollment offer. This secures a student’s place at AIS Vienna.
*The fee is deducted from the annual tuition amount.

The one-time Enrollment Fee must be paid to complete AIS Vienna enrollment for all new students entering Kindergarten - Grade 12 (excluding Pre- Kindergarten) and all re-enrolling students entering Kindergarten. This fee is invoiced with the initial tuition payment.

The one-time Capital Assessment Fee for New Students must be paid for all new students entering Grade 1 - Grade 12 (excluding PK and Kindergarten) and all re-enrolling students entering Grade 1. Capital Assessment Fees help pay for buildings and other long-term projects. This fee is invoiced with the initial tuition payment.
Annual Fees for Re-Enrolling Students

This fee must be paid by March 1 to reserve a student's space for the following year. Payment is refundable until April 1. Spaces are not guaranteed for re-enrollment payments received after April 1.

The Capital Assessment Fee must be paid for all re-enrolling students entering Grades 1-12 and is payable for each subsequent year of enrollment at AIS Vienna. Capital Assessment Fees help pay for buildings and other long-term projects. This fee is invoiced with the initial tuition payment and is non-refundable after June 14.
