MS Students Showcase Latin American Tribes

Yesterday, Middle School Spanish 3 students hosted an exhibition in their classroom, showcasing various indigenous Latin American tribes.

As part of a project designed to deepen their cultural understanding and practice past tenses in Spanish, students researched a specific tribe to explore its traditions, beliefs, and impact on modern society. They also examined the significant challenges these communities have faced throughout history.

The exhibition featured a mix of photographs, digital slides, and handmade crafts. Students presented their findings to guests and answered questions in both Spanish and English. The class was incredibly grateful to the many teachers, coaches, High School students, and the Middle School principal who attended to support and witness their effort.

It was wonderful to see our students' knowledge on the topic and their confidence as they shared their work in Spanish.
