Support Staff Openings

Our Support Staff members work in administrative positions in various departments across the school.

Support Staff members are locally hired and are required to provide proof of the right to live and work in Austria upon being hired. AIS Vienna is unable to assist applicants in securing Austrian residence/work permits for these positions.

To apply for our listed vacancies, please send your CV and cover letter, along with a copy of your residence/work permit (for non-EU citizens) as a single PDF to HR@ais.at.

AIS Vienna reserves the right to close the selection process at any time if the right person is identified prior to the closing date.
