Our strategic plan is aimed to prepare students to thrive in a complex and rapidly evolving world to:

Goal 1. Enhance Strategic Governance and Fiduciary Oversight: Ensure prudent financial, legal, and strategic oversight - with special emphasis on major capital projects - to safeguard institutional stability and sustainability.
Goal 2. Build Board Capacity and Professional Practice: Strengthen long-term governance effectiveness and continuity through intentional succession planning, ongoing development, induction, and accountability.
