Small School, Big Opportunities
The size of our school is widely considered “just right”: big enough to offer diverse and stimulating artistic, athletic, and academic opportunities, while still small enough to maintain a strong sense of community in which every child can achieve their personal best.
In all grade levels, students can discover a wealth of opportunities to help them pursue their passions, imagine possibilities, and make them real, whether it's taking center stage, joining sports team, building a robot, or creating a masterpiece.
Empowering students to pursue their passions involves nurturing all sides of the person. Our holistic approach to education includes co-curricular options that expose students to all that an American international education has to offer, as well as engagement opportunities for family members. Co-curricular activities are designed to introduce students to a wide range of experiences to help them discover and develop their talents and passions. Developing personal interests, athletic abilities, academic skills, and life/ career aspirations are essential elements of a balanced program.
Health & Wellbeing
Student health and wellbeing are at the forefront of our decision-making process and built into the fabric of our community.
Arts
Participation in the Arts contributes to the total success of the student. Although a quality product is often inherent in artistic endeavours, it is the process itself that is the primary focus.
Athletics
Our Athletics Department is dedicated to providing the best possible learning environment for the physical, cognitive, and social development of our student-athletes.
Clubs & Leadership
Participation in clubs and leadership allows students to pursue existing passions and discover new talents.
After School Activities
Our AIS Vienna After School Activities Program offers students the opportunity to participate in guided, engaging activities that complement and enhance the curriculum that guides their daily education.
AIS Vienna Summer Camp
Even during the summer months, we offer engagement opportunities for students to pursue their passions through our AISV Summer Camp.
