Health Information
AIS Vienna health services are open during the entire school day for AISV students and staff from all divisions, as well as after school during after school activities and athletic team practices. A Registered Nurse provides first aid, care for minor illnesses, and assistance for students with chronic health problems requiring medication during the school day. She performs vision and hearing testing for Elementary School children, scoliosis screening for 6th and 8th grade students, information about medical services in Vienna, and teaches certain sections of the health curriculum in all three divisions of the school.

Since it is still cold and icy outside, one of the coziest spaces in our school is getting a lot of use today: our Elementary School Library!
Last month, Grade 7 math students finished the fall semester by applying their new algebra skills through the related language of coding.
On December 17, Grade 3 students wrapped up a month-long unit of learning with an engaging Roman “boot camp” activity.
On December 13, the AISV Middle School Choir had the honor of performing at the Rathaus Adventsingen.
On December 12, our Grade 1 and Grade 2 students welcomed their families and the AISV community to their Festive Show.
On December 10, our Grade 4 students presented their knowledge and prototypes as geotechnical engineers to their parents.
On December 11, our seniors enjoyed a festive potluck lunch and received their senior hoodies, thanks to the thoughtful efforts of our Grade-Level Room Parents.
On December 10, our Grade 4 and Grade 5 Strings students took the stage for their fall semester concert.
