Little Artists Bloom in the Outdoor Classroom

This week our outdoor classroom transformed into a vibrant art studio for our Kindergarten students.

The students became budding artists, sketching the beautiful tulips they planted earlier in the school year. They observed the different shapes, scents, colors, heights, and parts of the flower. One curious student even spotted a "shaggy dog" tulip, which was a very accurate description.

After sketching was complete our young learners added splashes of color with tempera cake warm, cool, and earth tone palette watercolors.

We’re grateful to be enjoying this seasonal sunshine in all areas of our campus!
