Grade 6 Knights of Service

On March 13, a group of Grade 6 students worked together with our Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten classes to clean up our Outdoor Classroom and the surrounding Vienna Woods (Wienerwald). Our unique campus location, adjacent to the local Wienerwald biosphere, allows us to connect learning to the natural world around us.

At AIS Vienna, Service Learning empowers students to become compassionate leaders through meaningful community engagement. The Knights of Service initiative lets our youngest middle schoolers mentor younger peers, promoting civic responsibility, teamwork, and problem-solving. This exciting program will continue through May.
