Grade 1 Explores Haus des Meeres
On January 23, the classroom expanded far beyond our school walls as Grade 1 students embarked on an adventure to the Haus des Meeres (House of the Sea Aquarium).
Our young explorers discovered the mysteries of the deep sea and the wonders of the jungle. By walking through these animal habitats, our "Amazing Animals" unit was brought to life. They observed firsthand the incredible ways animals adapt and survive. It was a day filled with hands-on learning experiences that spark a lifelong love for science.
This trip was a perfect example of how our teachers use Vienna as our extended campus to provide real-world learning!
