Sharing the AIS Vienna Approach
On April 21, we hosted 15 school leaders from the ‘Scholengroep 20’ network in Flanders, Belgium. They visited AIS Vienna specifically to learn how we teach essential skills like collaboration and communication, how we support Social Emotional Learning (SEL), and to better understand the differences between the American International and Belgian school systems.
It was great to showcase our school and the incredible work happening in our classrooms! The group spent time in our learning environments and spoke with several teachers and students, witnessing our Conditions for Learning in action, particularly regarding teacher feedback and student collaboration. The group left feeling very enthusiastic and carrying several new ideas back with them.
