IB Psychology Students Visit the Sigmund Freud Museum

Year Two IB Psychology students recently visited the Sigmund Freud Museum as part of their studies in developmental psychology.

During the visit, students applied core psychological concepts to better understand Freud’s foundational role in both clinical practice and academic psychology. They also explored the historical significance of Freud's life and work within the context of Vienna.

It was a memorable experience that brought their classroom learning to life. Studying in Vienna gives our students the privilege of learning in the birthplace of modern psychoanalysis, where the rich history of psychology is woven directly into the city around them.
