Our New & Improved Buddy Bench

The AISV Buddy Bench has received a wonderful makeover funded by the Annual Fund, featuring a vibrant new sign created by our very own ES Student Council!

First established in 2024 through the collaborative efforts of our Elementary School Counselor, Ms. Guliadis, and the ES Student Council, this special spot is a place where students can sit if they are looking for a friend to play with at recess. This year, our student leaders took complete ownership of the redesign. After brainstorming different themes, they created a survey for our Grade 4 and Grade 5 students to vote on their favorite choice. The winning theme was "Friendships are Blooming," and the students did an amazing job bringing it to life with a beautiful floral pattern!

We are incredibly proud of our student leaders for their creativity and care for their peers, and deeply grateful to our Annual Fund donors for making this meaningful upgrade possible.
