Ambassador Fisher Visits AISV

Last week we welcomed Arthur Fisher, U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Austria, to our campus. Ambassador Fisher began his visit by reading a book to a Grade 3 class, where he also took the time to answer questions from our students. Throughout his visit, he toured our campus, met with learning leaders, and observed several classes, including a short performance by our High School Band and an engaging Middle School lesson.

Ambassador Fisher spoke with several students about their current projects and what makes AISV such a vibrant place to learn. He enjoyed lunch with some faculty as they discussed their unique paths to our community and their shared dedication to international education. The day culminated with our Elementary School Principal presenting Ambassador Fisher with a special gift created by our Grade 3 students, inspired by their morning reading session together.

Thank you to Ambassador Fisher for taking the time to visit us, and to our students and faculty for wonderfully representing our community. Extra special thanks to Grade 12 student Rion M. for joining the campus tour and sharing a student perspective with Ambassador Fisher!
