AIS Vienna Choir Performs at Carnegie Hall

For the fifth time in 10 years, 28 HS Choir students performed at Carnegie Hall. 250 singers united through music to perform Handel’s “Messiah” in an annual performance organized by Distinguished Concerts International New York (DCINY).

Over the long Thanksgiving weekend, November 24-29, Mrs. Heedles and our AISV students had three half days of rehearsals and three half days of sightseeing. We invited NYC-based alumni to support enhancements to this experience, and the AIS Vienna Foundation took up the call to action! US-based alumni, through gifts to the AIS Vienna Foundation, supported extra special experiences for our HS Choir members.

The American International School of Vienna Foundation exists to support international schools, including the American International School Vienna (“AISV”). The Foundation is a nonprofit, section 501(c)(3) organization as defined by the US Internal Revenue Code. Gifts made to the AISV Foundation are tax-deductible for US taxpayers to the full extent of the US tax code.
