3G Community Dance Painting

3G has been doing a lot of community building activities. Part of that has been exploring identities as individuals and as a class. Last week they danced a piece of artwork together to demonstrate how each of their unique personalities coming together is what makes their classroom community so beautiful. They wrapped their feet in bubble wrap, blasted their favorite dance tunes, and then hit the dance floor. Only the dance floor was a giant piece of fabric covered in paint. AIS green, of course! They flossed and twirled, jumped, shimmied and shook. The final piece was cut to make bracelets for each of the students and a flag for their classroom.
